Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your shipment tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend taking the following steps immediately:

Currently, ERJI ships only within India unless otherwise mentioned on the website or product page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and serviceable locations.
