Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Customized items are not eligible.

Report within 48 hours with a 360° unboxing video. Claims without proof may not be accepted.

Email us with Order ID, issue details, and contact info within 7 days.

Pack product securely with all items. Pickup will be arranged or self-ship if required.

Refunds are processed after quality check and sent to original payment method.

Missing items or accessories may lead to deduction. Shipping reimbursement up to ₹70.
